Warranty replacements are the responsibility of the manufacturer. J&R Bicycles cannot approve a warranty directly. Our job is to contact the manufacturer on your behalf with the information you provide and to help get a claim processed as quickly as possible. Warranty policies vary by manufacturer and only cover defects. They do not include normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper care.
If there is a true manufacturer’s defect, please refer to our 'Contact Us' page and we will start the warranty process for you. Please make sure to include your full name, best contact number, order number, photos of defective product, and description of the defect (if not clearly visible).
